        I bought this a couple weeks ago and even on the first day of using I felt super hydrated and focused. I live in Arizona and the summers are super gnarly, so hydration is really important.         I have been having weird issues with right leg cramping, spasming, hurting only at night when trying to sleep I finally think it may be because I do drink a lot of water etc during the day, therefore pee quite often, I think that I have just been depleting my essential minerals, because as soon as I started taking and then doubling down on my 40,000 volts, the majority of these issues subsided!!
