        • Nothing has compared

          The taste is very salty which is not my favorite so I take it down as a shot every night before bed. My night is not complete without it, I feel like my mind and body have responded so well by helping my sleep and releasing my jaw that I clench so often. My digestive health has been great as well. I know it's working more than just those few things and I can tell my body is thanking me for giving it what it has been packing.

          I’ve only been taking this for a week and I literally feel amazing. I put it in my coffee every morning and in my Apple juice and I can’t really taste it. It is strong on its own, I wouldn’t recommend taking it straight. I cannot recommend this enough. I promise you’ll feel a difference. I have energy and feel happy and calm.

          Im 46 and Ive had restless leg syndrome since I was 19. I have tried every magnesium pill, cream, spray, diy.. EVERYTHING. This is the only thing that works.
